Fair probabilities divide each implied chance by the total so the three outcomes add to 100%. The overround is the bookmaker’s margin in the raw prices.
How to use these numbers
Implied probability is 1 ÷ decimal odds. A price of 2.00 implies 50%; 1.50 implies about 67%. Bookmakers shade every side so the three 1X2 percentages add up to more than 100%—that extra is the overround.
The fair column removes that margin proportionally. It is a reading aid for archive prices, not a tip. Pair it with how to read decimal odds and closing line value when you compare opening and closing numbers on a match page.
