1. What BetArchives is

BetArchives is an independent statistics archive. It shows the historical opening and closing pre-match odds of football matches that have already been played, together with their results.

• We are not a bookmaker. We don't accept bets or payments of any kind.
• We don't link to, promote or receive money from any bookmaker.
• Nothing on the site is betting, financial or any other kind of advice.

2. Age and local laws

The site is meant for adults aged 18 and over. Betting laws differ between countries; you are responsible for following the laws that apply where you live.

3. Accuracy of information

Odds, results and statistics come from a third-party data provider (5DollarFootballAPI) and are processed automatically. We work to keep them accurate, but we can't guarantee that every figure is complete, correct or up to date. Bookmaker names are used only to identify the source of a price. If you spot an error, please tell us at contact@betarchives.com.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• copy, scrape or harvest the data with automated tools, or republish it as a database or service;
• overload, attack or try to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• use the site for anything unlawful or misleading.

5. Intellectual property

The design, text, logo and the way the archive is compiled belong to BetArchives. Team and competition names and other trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

6. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, pause or remove any part of it, including the competitions and seasons covered, at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, BetArchives is not liable for any loss, including betting losses, arising from the use of, or reliance on, information on the site. Any decision you make based on it is your own.

8. Links to other sites

We aren't responsible for the content or practices of other websites we link to.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
